Job Description:

DHL is hiring Parcel Delivery Associate to help manage the increased package volume during the holiday season. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Both fulltime and parttime roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Delivery: Handle the transportation of packages to clients following a predetermined route, ensuring that each package is delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
• Drive a DHL delivery vehicle, following all road safety protocols and company guidelines to guarantee safe and efficient delivery operations.
• Deliver customer service that is both professional and friendly to ensure a positive interaction experience.
• Handling Packages: Safely manage the loading and unloading of packages in your vehicle, ensuring their careful treatment to prevent any harm.
• Optimize your route planning to maximize the efficiency of your deliveries and streamline operations.
• Documenting Delivery Issues: Keep comprehensive records of delivery processes, noting any problems encountered during transit.

Qualifications:

• A genuine driver's license and a track record of driving without any incidents.
• Proficiency in handling packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Outstanding skills in providing top-notch customer service and clear communication.
• Skillfully managing workload independently and demonstrating a knack for staying well-coordinated.
• Openness to working during peak times, including weekends and holidays.
• While having prior delivery experience is advantageous, it is not obligatory.
