Sr. Sales Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent revenue generation and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage a designated territory, develop long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers; assess client needs and align them with the company’s services and solutions.
- Make compelling sales presentations to both new and existing customers, proposing tailored service and pricing options.
- Consistently drive KPIs and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Manage a defined sales territory with comprehensive knowledge of competitive dynamics and key customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in collaboration with regional and station-level resources.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, including documentation, introductions, and hand-off to operations teams.
- Support collections process when necessary to ensure timely revenue realization.
- Generate, track, and analyze sales performance reports to evaluate trends and optimize sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven success in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality—goal-oriented and driven by performance.
- Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong decision-making ability and adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular face-to-face client meetings.
