Seasonal Logistics Associate

Job Description:

DHL is hiring Seasonal Logistics Associate to help manage the increased package volume during the holiday season. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Both fulltime and parttime roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Delivery: Responsibly transport packages to customers on a specific route, making sure that each delivery is completed accurately and within the scheduled timeframe.
• Drive a DHL delivery vehicle responsibly, while maintaining compliance with road safety requirements and company standards.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and professional manner to improve customer engagement.
• Safely Transporting Packages: Handle packages delicately during loading and unloading procedures in your vehicle to ensure their safety.
• Improve the efficiency of your deliveries by meticulously planning your route for optimal performance.
• Documenting Delivery Issues: Keep comprehensive records of delivery processes, noting any problems encountered during transit.

Qualifications:

• A legitimate driver's license accompanied by a driving history that is clear of any offenses.
• Competence in lifting and conveying parcels up to 70 pounds in weight.
• Superior skills in customer relations and proficient communication.
• Successfully working independently and effectively organizing tasks.
• Openness to working during peak times, including weekends and holidays.
• Having experience in deliveries is a bonus, although it is not a must.
