Customer Delivery Representative

Job Description:

DHL is hiring Customer Delivery Representative to help manage the increased package volume during the holiday season. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Both fulltime and parttime roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Delivery: Administer the delivery of packages to clients following a defined route, focusing on accurate and on-time delivery of each package.
• Safely maneuver a DHL delivery vehicle, ensuring adherence to road safety standards and company guidelines.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and professional manner to improve customer engagement.
• Ensuring Package Safety: Handle packages with care as you load and unload them from your vehicle to prevent any possible damage.
• Enhance efficiency in delivery by carefully plotting out the most effective route for your deliveries.
• Tracking Delivery Progress: Monitor and document the status of all deliveries, making note of any difficulties that may have arisen.

Qualifications:

• An authentic driver's license and a driving record free of violations.
• Aptitude for raising and transporting packages of up to 70 pounds.
• Top-tier customer service proficiency and adept communication skills.
• Possessing the capability to operate autonomously while maintaining a structured and organized workflow.
• Willing and able to adjust work hours for high-traffic periods, such as weekends and holidays.
• It is beneficial to have previous delivery experience, but it is not a requirement.

Working Conditions:

• Extensive driving commitments and outdoor work, occasionally facing challenging weather situations.
• Opt for full-time or part-time arrangements, allowing for adaptable hours based on individual needs.
• Temporary job running from mid-November to the beginning of January, with the opportunity for further employment.
