Job Description:

DHL is hiring Seasonal Delivery Support to help manage the increased package volume during the holiday season. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Both fulltime and parttime roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Delivery: Undertake the distribution of packages to recipients along a specific route, ensuring that each parcel is delivered accurately and punctually.
• Ensure proper operation of a DHL delivery vehicle, while abiding by road safety measures and company directives.
• Deliver customer service that is both professional and friendly to ensure a positive interaction experience.
• Loading and Unloading: Carefully manage the handling of packages as you load and unload your vehicle to avoid causing any harm.
• Improve delivery efficiency by planning your route meticulously to enhance productivity.
• Record-Keeping for Deliveries: Ensure detailed logs are maintained for every delivery completed, highlighting any obstacles experienced along the way.

Qualifications:

• A legitimate driver's license accompanied by a driving history that is clear of any offenses.
• Proficiency in handling packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Exceptional talent in delivering excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Demonstrating the skill of working independently while keeping tasks well-organized.
• Openness to working during peak times, including weekends and holidays.
• While experience in deliveries is an asset, it is not mandatory.
