Job Description:

DHL is hiring Package Distribution Specialist to help manage the increased package volume during the holiday season. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Both fulltime and parttime roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Delivery: Manage the transportation of packages to customers on a designated route, ensuring the precise and timely delivery of each package.
• Drive a DHL delivery vehicle responsibly, ensuring that road safety and company guidelines are strictly followed throughout the delivery process.
• Enhance the customer experience by engaging with customers in a professional and friendly way.
• Safely Transporting Packages: Handle packages delicately during loading and unloading procedures in your vehicle to ensure their safety.
• Efficiently plan your route to boost delivery performance and optimize resource utilization.
• Accurate Delivery Documentation: Maintain precise records of all deliveries executed, recording any hurdles faced during transportation.

Qualifications:

• A legitimate driver's license and a history of driving without any infractions.
• Capacity to hoist and transport parcels weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Outstanding skills in providing top-notch customer service and clear communication.
• Exhibiting self-sufficiency in work and the ability to manage tasks in a systematic manner.
• Capacity to be versatile in working hours, even during peak times like weekends and holidays.
• While having prior delivery experience is advantageous, it is not obligatory.
